You will find some stimulating content on issues of salutogenesis, stress regulation, motivation, communication and cooperation under the following seminar topics:
For co-creative cooperation, trust is both a foundation and, conversely, trust is strengthened in good cooperation.
Trust is therefore fundamental for salutogenesis.

Trust Space
About the seminarDeveloping trust through seeing within a space of trust
Do we trust ourselves, trust other people, and trust institutions and their leaders? Trust is a major theme, both personally and societally, extending to a fundamental trust in a greater whole, which many also call "trust in God." We need trust in ourselves to act, and in others to cooperate with them. Occasionally, however, mistrust and caution seem appropriate. "Not blind, but discerning trust is our highest good," said the philosopher Martin Buber.
In the "Trust Space" seminars, we want to ask each other in-depth questions about trust in order to develop a differentiated, insightful trust through dialogue.
Dr. Theodor Dierk Petzold invites you to Trust Spaces VR, each focusing on a Trust Question VF:

Supervision and Development Weekend SVEW
Ask usAt SVEW, we learn from each other in consultations or therapeutic conversations, which are supervised by the group as a Salutogenic Reflecting Team (SRT) under the guidance of a supervisor.
The SVEW serves, on the one hand, as an opportunity for life supervision for SalKom® consultants, coaches and therapists, and on the other hand, for the annual stimulation and updating of one's own salutogenic communication skills.
Professional therapists can also attend these weekends as guests to learn about salutogenic communication in practice.
Clients are also welcome to receive a free SalKom® consultation in front of the group.
On the other hand, the SVEW serves to further develop SalKom® by presenting new findings and exchanging experiences.
Annual participation in an SVEW is recommended for all SalKom® consultants.
It currently takes place twice a year – once in Bad Gandersheim and once in Passau.
The cost is €370 per day, including room rental and snacks. Individual days can also be booked.
Individual seminars and more available upon request.
Ask usTrust, co-creative communication and cooperation
How can we continually foster trust in order to build a constructive relationship together? The fundamental insights from cooperation research are put into practical communication.
Solution to the perpetrator-victim-judge/rescuer relationship pattern (see “knowledge ...”)
A sadly widespread and disruptive interaction pattern stems from the perpetrator-victim-judge/rescuer relationship (similar to the so-called drama triangle). This is largely about power and control. The development of this power-victim dynamic from traumatic experiences and its resolution through self-determined cooperation are explored and practiced.
Motivation and cooperation
Three fundamental motivations work together to ensure a fulfilling life. They enable us to find suitable stimuli in our environment, prompting us to engage in various activities. These are an overarching motivation for harmonious connection (coherence motivation), a motivation for pleasurable approach (appetence motivation), and a motivation to avert threats (aversion motivation). Each of these fundamental motivations activates networks in the brain, leading to different basic settings related to metabolism, behavior, emotions, and cognitive processes. Understanding these fundamental motivations provides us with a deeper comprehension of healing processes and stress-related illnesses. It facilitates profound processes of change and long-term co-creative collaborations.
Disruptions to a good life are referred to as stressors.
As long as we accept and overcome these challenges, they are part of our development opportunities.
If these feelings persist over a longer period and you feel they are hindering your creative work, it's time to re-evaluate the connections and change your approach. In such cases, deeper development may be beneficial.

The stress in the perpetrator-victim-judge/rescuer relationship pattern and the solution
The most widespread stress factor is the interaction pattern resulting from the perpetrator-victim-judge/rescuer relationship. To escape a traumatic victim role, the victim often strives for power and control. The solution to this stressful interaction pattern lies in finding a way to cooperate autonomously.
Becoming aware of one's own significant and attractive goals (attractives) is often the first step towards constructive changes in concrete plans as well as in one's life in general.
For healthy development, the presence of more or less clear attractive factors is crucial. Personally meaningful goals are therefore an important element of salutogenic communication and a basis for all cooperation.

SalKom®-GOALSETTING
Zur Anmeldung“Therapy Booster: Goal Agreement” was the headline in the Ärztezeitung (German Medical Journal) on September 26, 2014. In the article, Rebekka Höhl describes how the doctors in the “Healthy Kinzigtal” network of physicians find and agree on attractive health goals with their patients.
Patients can work with their doctors to find and agree upon individual goals, leading to measurable success. This encourages patients' self-activity and improves cooperation. In English-speaking countries, "goal-setting" is increasingly recommended – as was recently the case in German-speaking countries, where Prof. D. Klemperer presented his keynote address at the 53rd DEGAM Congress in Erlangen.
Identifying and clearly defining the patient's desired and achievable therapy goal, along with a realistic path to achieving it, leads to
- Increased patient activity regarding a healthy lifestyle
- Relieving the doctor of unspoken, implicit, excessively high expectations
- Overall, leading to better, potentially co-creative collaboration between patient and doctor
The Ärztezeitung (German Medical Journal) therefore rightly refers to it as a "therapy booster," especially for people with 'chronic' illnesses.
To "boost" your success in treating people with chronic illnesses, we offer a basic seminar and an advanced seminar on SalKom®-GOALSETTING, each comprising an introductory webinar followed by three webinars and one in-person day.
Your non-medical staff can also play an important role in your patients' SalKom® goal setting. It is therefore recommended that this be conducted as a joint training session (possibly as an in-house seminar) for your entire practice team.
Furthermore, this format is also very suitable for hospitals and workplace health management. The entire training program has so far been certified by the Lower Saxony Medical Association with a total of 22 points.
Head: Dr. med. Theodor Dierk Petzold
General practitioner, coach and supervisor with the European Certificate in Psychotherapy; lecturer at Hannover Medical School (MHH) and the Carl Remigius Medical School, author/editor of numerous books and specialist publications; he developed Salutogenic Communication SalKom® with the health insurance-certified stress management training TSF and, among other things, provided further training on goal setting to doctors from the "Healthy Kinzig Valley" in 2009.
Individual seminars
The importance of attractive goals for any positive development can hardly be overstated. They are crucial for our personal healthy development as well as for organizational and societal progress. Thus, the first step in healthy self-regulation and coherence is recognizing these significant attractive factors.
Healthy development and coherence regulation
Healthy self-regulation, with its overarching goal (attractive factor) of coherence, takes place in three phases: Perceiving/Evaluating – Acting/Cooperating – Reflecting/Learning. These phases can be stimulated through communication...
