"Tools"
Suggestions for a good life
There are many things that are good for many people. For example, getting enough exercise, eating a varied and organic diet, practicing mindfulness, getting good sleep, etc. However, there are hardly any activities that are good for everyone all the time.
Important "tools" in the sense of tools or keys to a good life are questions that repeatedly stimulate your self-regulation and consistency to healthy activity.
Your internal information processing constantly and implicitly evaluates your perceptions, states, and experiences, even without you being aware of it.
As a result of these perceptions and evaluations, a prompt, a motivation for activity, action, and cooperation emerges. After each activity, the organism reflects on its interactions with the environment, assessing whether they have led to greater coherence, and learns from this for a better future.
