TSF course instructor/training in healthy stress regulation skills

Training to become a certified instructor for TSF (Training in Healthy Stress Regulation Skills) can be undertaken after completion of the SalKom® basic training. This qualifies you to conduct TSF courses independently: as educational leave, within the framework of workplace health management, or in another format.

The TSF is also certified by the Central Testing Agency for Prevention (ZPP) as an 8-week multimodal stress management course. Participants therefore receive full or partial reimbursement of the costs from their health insurance provider. If you wish to offer this course, you will need (free) certification from the ZPP in addition to the instructor training. Proof of appropriate basic qualifications is required for this certification.

The TSF instructor training takes place in a 5-day intensive seminar. During these 5 days, you will practice leading groups through all eight TSF steps using the instructor manual, including training for a live online format via the ZPP (Central Testing Agency for Prevention). The instructor manual and the accompanying participant handout will be provided by us.

The training program has so far been accredited with 50 continuing education points by the Medical Association of Lower Saxony.
